Job Title: Commercial Administrator/Estimator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Administrator/Estimator to join our team at KLH UK Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of bids, as well as providing administrative support to our commercial manager and senior estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, including the creation of tender documents and the coordination of bid teams.
  • Provide administrative support to our commercial manager and senior estimator, including data entry, document management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and proposals, working closely with our design and site teams.
  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of project data, including cost estimates and project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
