Important Note: Individuals with a degree or equivalent qualification in this field are not eligible for this apprenticeship.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering connections and gaining insights into the dynamics of a fast-paced organization. You will assist the global Talent Acquisition team in providing an exceptional candidate experience and attracting top talent. Your responsibilities will include crafting social media content, enhancing employee engagement, sourcing candidates, and leveraging AI tools for job postings and descriptions.

  • Annual Salary - £17,500 (2-Year Contract)
  • Hybrid Work Model - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • Desired Qualifications: English and Maths GCSE

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to utilize social media for promoting Ideagen's employer brand
  • Employ AI tools to draft job advertisements, descriptions, and interview queries
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist in developing talent pools for future vacancies
  • Support pre-employment procedures
  • Conduct right to work verifications
  • Organize and procure onboarding gifts
  • Aid in early careers assessment centers
  • Shortlist and screen candidates for entry-level positions using video assessments and scheduling interviews
  • Manage internal vacancy communications globally
  • Update Talent Acquisition data for current recruitment and reporting
  • Assist with the administration of invoicing and purchase orders
