TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST | £24,100 per annum

Hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

As a pivotal part of our Head Office Talent Acquisition team, you will play an essential role in the recruitment journey for our candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and conduct initial screening calls with applicants to ensure they meet our selection criteria. Utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills, you will enhance the candidate experience and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Evaluating candidates and performing screening calls to determine suitability, ensuring a positive experience for each applicant Assisting with various recruitment initiatives by posting job advertisements on our ATS and external job boards, managing content on our careers social media platforms, and preparing job offers and employment contracts Handling confidential and sensitive information while updating and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and logs

In addition to these duties, you will serve as our ATS Superuser, overseeing system modifications and providing first-line support for ATS-related inquiries from all users. You will also engage in various projects, assist with reporting, build and maintain candidate talent pools, and ensure all recruitment activities align with our organizational values and best practices, including our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Essential qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail Proficient IT skills with experience in Microsoft applications Capability to meet deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs Prior experience in an HR / Recruitment environment Commitment to confidentiality and integrity Ability to multitask and work efficiently A collaborative team player with a passion for achieving results

Desirable qualifications:

Previous administrative experience Experience in a contact center or customer service role Familiarity with using an applicant tracking system (ATS)

WORKING HOURS

You will be contracted to work 150 hours over a 4-week period (37.5 hours per week).

Your standard working hours will be Monday to Friday, either from 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm, alternating weekly on a rota basis.
