About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Assessment Team Leader to join our team at Domestic & General Service GmbH. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Assessment Specialists, driving forward our candidate evaluation and selection capabilities, and ensuring the highest standards of talent assessment across the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and empower a team of Assessment Specialists to deliver the full hiring journey for agents
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members
  • Ensure the consistent application of assessment tools and techniques across the function
  • Develop and maintain quality control measures for all assessment processes, including regular audits, to ensure accuracy and fairness
  • Evaluate and recommend new assessment tools and technologies, driving innovation and best practice
  • Identify opportunities to improve TA performance metrics, hiring technology, and people capabilities
  • A real-life operational awareness, particularly within a high-volume environment, ideally regulated
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
