Role Summary

The primary objective of the Talent Acquisition Specialist role is to actively seek out and engage potential candidates, assess their qualifications and expertise, secure their interest in prospective positions, and present them to consultants for future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and selecting qualified candidates from diverse sources, including job boards, social media, referrals, and local market insights.
- Creating and publishing job advertisements.
- Executing marketing initiatives to attract new candidates to register with Reed.
- Engaging with candidates to conduct preliminary screenings, understanding their career interests, skills, salary expectations, notice periods, and reasons for leaving previous roles.
- Meeting performance targets and adhering to compliance and audit standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or customer service is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a motivated team.
