Job Summary:

The Sales Executive - BYD role is a key position within our team, responsible for selling new and used BYD car products while meeting agreed sales volumes. This role requires a strong understanding of the manufacturer's sales process, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow the manufacturer's sales process, including meeting enquiry management targets.
  • Understand and apply manufacturer mystery shopping criteria when dealing with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of showroom, displays, customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation.
  • Prospect for new and used car customers, creating sales opportunities and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
  • Convey the culture of putting customers first through TCF at all times.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by offering finance solutions and adhering to FCA guidelines.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers receive a full briefing on the vehicle's operation and controls.
  • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration.
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
  • Relevant product knowledge (desirable).
  • Motor industry experience (desirable).
