Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our field sales operations in the London area. As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in working with our business to grow revenue, increase market share, and deliver the Elis brand to new businesses within our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Manage a sales team of 8 field sales executives to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals to ensure the sales team meets its targets.
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing schedules to inform sales strategies.
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop the sales team and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of business-to-business field sales, with a proven track record of winning new business and operating in a hunter role.
  • Experience in managing sales funnels and translating them into tangible sales results.
  • Demonstratable success against KPIs and targets, with a strong focus on driving growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and Excel skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • A results-orientated, tenacious self-starter with excellent time management and organisational skills.
