Salary: Circa £65k - £85k Base + Bonus + Package
Role Overview
The Sales General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire UK-wide distribution business, driving growth and sales, operational efficiencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust strategic sales plan to drive business growth and expansion.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
