Just Recruitment is working with a growing, market-leading organisation, based on the outskirts of Sudbury, they are looking to add a Technical Sales Coordinator to their long-standing team.

The key purpose of this role is to assist their experienced Technical Director in continuing to build lasting relationships with longstanding and new customers; providing excellent pre- and post-sales customer support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Technical Director in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
* Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are equipped to get the most out of the organisation's products and services

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in sales or a related field
