Technical Sales Coordinator

Just Recruitment Group Ltd is working with a growing, market-leading organisation based on the outskirts of Sudbury. They are looking to add a Technical Sales Coordinator to their long-standing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Technical Director in building lasting relationships with customers, providing excellent pre- and post-sales customer service.
- Prepare internal price lists, update pricing with exchange rates, margins, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare documents for tender submission, customer quotes, datasheets, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Identify new products and suppliers, and assist the in-house marketing team in creating factual content for case-studies and product promotions.
- End of month departmental reporting to the Technical Director and Managing Director.
- Support the Lead Engineer with job scheduling and cost analysis, and create Sage Sales Orders, Invoices, and Credit Notes.
- Ensure regular invoicing of monthly contract-based customers, and assist the Commercial Administrator with equipment booking in and out.
- Input all enquiries, sales, and quote-based correspondence or paperwork onto the SuperOffice CRM system.
- Support other departments as required, and represent the company in implementing ISO 9001: 2015 company objectives and green policy.
- Full UK driving license.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
