Technical Sales Coordinator

Just Recruitment Group is working with a leading organisation based in Sudbury to find a Technical Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Technical Director in building relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare internal price lists, update pricing, and create documents for tender submissions.
- Develop customer quotes, datasheets, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Identify new products and suppliers, and assist the marketing team with factual content for case studies and product promotions.
- Conduct end-of-month departmental reporting and support the Lead Engineer with job scheduling and cost analysis.
- Manage Sage Sales Orders, Invoices, and Credit Notes, and ensure regular invoicing of contract-based customers.
- Assist the Commercial Administrator with equipment booking and ensure all sales and quote-based correspondence is inputted into the SuperOffice CRM system.
- Support other departments as required and represent the company in implementing ISO 9001: 2015 objectives and green policy.
- Full UK driving license.
- Proactive attitude and good communication skills.
- Punctual and well-presented, with excellent customer service skills.
- Technical understanding and ability to process and update technical drawings would be beneficial.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, offering a great environment and friendly team culture.
