About the Role

The HR Business Partner for Strategic Projects will be a key member of our UK HR team, partnering closely with Senior HR Leadership and Senior Leadership within the Business Unit and Sector. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and deliver key projects in the areas of Compensation and Industrial Relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and implement strategic HR projects as directed by the UK Senior HR Director.
  • Deploy the Standard Aero compensation structure to Collective roles in the UK.
  • Design and manage the UK employee engagement strategy.
  • Develop and deploy an apprenticeship scheme.
  • Collaborate with global HR Central Function partners to ensure understanding and alignment to key changes.
  • Develop creative solutions to business challenges and cultural change.
  • Participate in site-wide and company-wide HR initiatives as required.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience

  • Extended experience working as an HR professional in a complex environment, with experience working with Trade Unions required and in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects to agreed-upon parameters.
