About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to lead strategic projects in Compensation and Industrial Relations. The successful candidate will partner closely with Senior HR Leadership and Senior Leadership within the Business Unit and Sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement key strategic HR projects, including deployment of the Standard Aero compensation structure, design and management of the UK employee engagement strategy, and development of an apprenticeship scheme.
  • Collaborate with global HR Central Function partners to ensure understanding of and alignment to key changes.
  • Develop creative solutions to business challenges and cultural change.
  • Participate in site-wide and company-wide HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Extended experience of working as an HR professional in a highly complex environment, with experience working with Trade Unions required and in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects to agreed-upon parameters.
