As an FTC HR Business Partner, you'll lead key strategic HR projects, collaborating closely with global HR Central Function partners to ensure alignment and support for key changes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying the StandardAero compensation structure to Collective roles in the UK
  • Designing and managing the UK employee engagement strategy
  • Developing and deploying apprenticeship schemes
  • Standardizing contracts and policies


You'll work closely with our team to develop creative solutions to business challenges and cultural change. Your excellent project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be essential in this role. If you have experience working in a complex environment, preferably in manufacturing, and have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, we'd love to hear from you.
