About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our UK team as an HR Business Partner for Strategic Projects. In this role, you'll partner closely with Senior HR Leadership and Business Unit leaders to drive key projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement strategic HR projects, including compensation and industrial relations initiatives.
  • Develop and manage employee engagement strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Design and deploy apprenticeship schemes to develop future talent.
  • Collaborate with global HR Central Function partners to ensure alignment and support for key changes.
  • Develop creative solutions to business challenges and cultural change.
  • Participate in site-wide and company-wide HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Extended experience in HR, preferably in a complex environment with trade union experience.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
