**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the reception and meeting room areas to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Ensuring stationery supplies are adequate and replenished as necessary to support the smooth operation of the office
- Dealing with enquiries from clients and other professional stakeholders via various communication channels
- Making appointments and diary management via both paper and electronic systems
- Assisting the accounts department with taking daily banking to the bank as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Valid driving license, as occasional travel to our offices may be required
