We are seeking an experienced and skilled Neighbourhood Service Manager to lead our regional team in delivering exceptional housing management services to our customers. As a key member of our Neighbourhoods Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of frontline staff, ensuring the delivery of outstanding housing services, and promoting a tenant-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of a proactive and customer-focused service for a regional geographical area, ensuring the management of tenancies, allocations, and community safety.
- Manage the performance and support of frontline neighbourhood teams, delivering services directly to customers in line with the vision and values of Trivallis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Customer Services and Assets teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Operational responsibility for the development of policies and processes to ensure high-quality, consistent services are delivered across the organization.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent housing and anti-social behaviour management.
- Influence, challenge, and develop innovative solutions to improve services within the neighbourhood.
- Manage a designated budget, ensuring value for money is achieved through the monitoring and control of expenditure and early identification of financial irregularities.
- Manage health and safety issues in your area of responsibility, in line with the Health and Safety Policy.
- Excellent level of housing law and practice knowledge, including anti-social behaviour and enforcement.
- Excellent understanding of the principles of sustainable tenancies, including the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences.
- Good experience of managing and coaching a large team of remote workers.
- Ability to problem-solve creatively and analytically.
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively, work well under pressure, and delegate appropriately.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaborative working.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex information and translate it into practical solutions.
- Report writing and presentation skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft software packages and housing management systems.
- Proven record of customer-focused service improvement.
