Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Assistant to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup and Monitoring: Set up and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and identify any issues that may arise.
- HMIs and Reporting: Use Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to monitor key parameters and complete written and electronic reports as required.
- Material Transfer: Successfully transfer materials to and from the clean room, adhering to good manufacturing practices.
- Handover and Communication: Provide clear handovers for next shift staff to ensure seamless changes and maintain open communication throughout the production process.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of good manufacturing practices.
- Communication and Recording Skills: Excellent communication skills, with clear handwriting for report writing, and basic math and recording abilities.
- Health and Safety: A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
