We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operative to join our team at Peopleforce Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a fast-paced production environment, producing medical goods for a Global Healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production process, ensuring high-quality products are manufactured.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues to achieve production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous production experience or experience working in a clean room environment.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
  • Right to work in the UK and reliable transportation to Witney.
  • Strong English language skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with a day shift from 7am-7pm. Pay is set at £14.48 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.

This is an initial temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent.
