We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our high-performing team and drive store operations. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, engaging with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Analyze store performance and make data-driven decisions to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and lead the team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee visual merchandising, commerciality, stock control, and loss prevention to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and Manage the Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop the store team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Ensure the store meets health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage HR Operations: Handle employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and development of the store team.
- Customer Service: Deliver total customer satisfaction via our service model and boost sales through the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Previous experience in people management and leadership.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail, preferably in a management role.
- Knowledge of Retail KPIs: High knowledge of retail key performance indicators.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Retail Market: Knowledge of the retail market and consumer trends.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with being remotely managed and flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
