Retail Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a store team of warehouse and delivery colleagues, ensuring seamless customer service and feedback management, and driving ecommerce and online delivery dispatch experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a store team of warehouse and delivery colleagues to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
- Take control of customer service and feedback management, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and continuous improvement.
- Drive ecommerce and online delivery dispatch experience, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Manage delivery logistics, stock control, and stock management to ensure seamless operations.
- Recruit and train colleagues to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor and manage KPIs to drive business growth and improvement.
- Work closely with business owners to deliver their online strategy and drive business success.
