About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail Limited. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the management of store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
