Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Build a team that provides outstanding customer experiences and drives store growth.
  2. Store Appearance and Merchandising: Strive to achieve company Right Fit metrics and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  3. Community Engagement: Establish the store as a local hub for running and fitness, promoting health and wellness in the community.
  4. Culture and Environment: Foster a positive work environment that attracts customers, employees, and opportunities for growth.
  5. Marketing and Events: Create engaging social media content and develop in-store events that drive customer engagement.
  6. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain a well-stocked store.
  7. Staff Management: Interview, hire, train, forecast, and schedule a motivated and happy staff.
