Lincoln Porter Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lincoln Porter to join our team at Klarent Hospitality. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of linen control and ensuring the smooth operation of our linen services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate linen control reports and identify any discrepancies
  • Work to daily schedules to ensure efficient linen distribution and collection
  • Ensure all linen is correctly counted and recorded, and that any issues are promptly addressed
  • Secure linen room keys and maintain the linen room's integrity while on duty
  • Familiarize yourself with the weekly function sheet to ensure accurate stock levels and meet the needs of the C&B department
  • Ensure security checks are carried out in the evening to maintain the integrity of linen services
  • Provide excellent customer service and display good social skills when interacting with guests
  • Address guest complaints or compliments in a professional manner and refer to senior management as needed
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve team goals
  • Attend hotel and departmental training sessions as instructed
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements
