Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate linen control reports and identify any discrepancies
  • Work to daily schedules to ensure efficient linen distribution and collection
  • Ensure all linen is correctly counted and recorded, and that any issues are promptly addressed
  • Secure linen room keys and maintain the linen room's integrity while on duty
  • Familiarize yourself with the weekly function sheet to ensure accurate stock levels and meet the needs of the C&B department
  • Ensure security checks are carried out in the evening to maintain the integrity of linen services
  • Provide excellent customer service and display good social skills when interacting with guests
  • Deal with guest complaints or compliments in a professional manner, referring to senior management if necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other staff and management to achieve team goals
  • Attend hotel and departmental training sessions as required
  • Work within all Health & Safety requirements
