Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain linen control reports and records, identifying any linen abuse or discrepancies.
  • Work to daily schedules, ensuring that all linen is counted correctly and that the C&B department has the necessary linen stocks.
  • Secure linen room keys and maintain the linen room while on duty.
  • Assist guests and display excellent customer care and social skills.
  • Deal with guest complaints or compliments, referring to senior management as needed.
  • Work in cooperation with staff and management, attending hotel and departmental training sessions as instructed.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.
