Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our store, including inventory management, stock control, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory management and stock control processes
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
  • Conduct regular stock audits and banking processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in retail management, preferably in the outdoor or apparel/footwear industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of outdoor products and a passion for the outdoors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
