About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Years Training Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aspire Training Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to our learners, ensuring they achieve their set goals and develop real bonds with both learners and employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications in Early Years and Education
  • Manage learner journeys using our e-portfolio system
  • Support a manageable caseload with 3 hours per month assigned to each learner
  • Ensure accurate assessment of learners against National Standards
  • Develop and implement solutions to ensure learners have the best learning experience possible
  • Implement equal opportunities at all times
  • Process paperwork and mark assignments within 2 weeks of presentation
  • Regularly mark and update E-Learning portfolios
  • Meet with the Senior Manager to discuss individual learner development
Requirements
  • A level 3 qualification in Early Years or Education, or equivalent, is essential
  • Significant occupational competency in the Early Years or Education sector
  • Understanding of E-Learning Portfolios and passion for delivering good quality training
  • Experience in leadership and management
  • Superb time-keeping skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • IT competency
  • Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across the region
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2
  • Teaching qualification (e.g. AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g. A1, CAVA)
