Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our people and leadership development initiatives. As our People and Leadership Lead, you will play a key role in creating a culture of collaboration and partnership across sectors, organizations, and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including community groups, organizations, and system partners.
- Work collaboratively to create opportunities for people to develop skills, knowledge, and confidence in physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
- Support the development of volunteering programs and initiatives to promote community engagement and social inclusion.
- Contribute to the development of a whole systems approach to physical activity, working across projects, programs, and approaches within the Active Partnership.
- Collaborate with the team to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and events that promote leadership development and community engagement.

Requirements

A strong understanding of the community and voluntary sector, as well as experience in partnership development and project management, is essential.
