Job Title: HR Business Partner

Are you a skilled HR professional looking to join a dynamic People team in a large Academy Trust? As an HR Business Partner for Floreat Montague Park, you will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective people strategies and activities in line with the Trust's business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with school leaders and line managers to develop and deliver clear people plans for their schools, providing HR support and guidance when needed.
  • Lead and manage employee relations cases across your schools, supporting managers with practical advice and guidance in line with current legislation.
  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer, Head of Employee Relations, and other operational partners to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Contribute to project work and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent HR knowledge and experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
