Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Newstone Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across the organisation, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key business advisor, ensuring financial insights are used to influence decision making and shape the overall business strategy.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement financial systems.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, financial modelling, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex financial information clearly.
  • Proven track record of business partnering with senior leadership teams, providing both strategic and operational financial support.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivering value.
