We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in leading the Local GAAP Operations workstream as part of our SigniFi Finance Transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business set-up and reconciliation of the parallel local GAAP ledger (L1) in Central Finance.
  • Reconcile data between ERPs, Central Finance, and local financial statements.
  • Develop reporting solutions to simplify and standardize complex tasks.
  • Partner with PWC and co-sourcing partners Deloitte.
  • Share key insights and recommendations to shape interim and end-state designs.
  • Partner with local Finance teams to understand and learn from current processes.
  • Support the team in the timely execution of project plans.
  • Provide timely and insightful updates on project progress.
  • Support future training and communications sessions across the finance organization.
