In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Drive Project Success: Take ownership of complex digital product lifecycles, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing client expectations and collaborating closely with Partners to achieve commercial success.
  • Foster Team Excellence: Cultivate a thriving multidisciplinary environment where teams are motivated, collaborative, and consistently perform at their best.
  • Champion Delivery Best Practices: Advocate for TPXimpact's delivery principles internally and externally through presentations, writing, and active participation in industry communities.
  • Provide Agile Guidance: Coach clients on the effective application of agile and lean methodologies to optimize their digital product development processes.
  • Support Product Development: Assist clients in leveraging user-centered design principles and technical delivery expertise to create impactful solutions.
  • Develop Delivery Leaders: Mentor and guide junior delivery managers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a strong delivery leadership pipeline.
  • Communicate Effectively: Articulate the value of our services to both digital and non-digital stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify obstacles, implement solutions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within your teams.
