About the Role

We're seeking an experienced carer to lead a small team of carers, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and the home. You'll be responsible for reviewing care plans, maintaining accurate records, and managing team time effectively to support resident wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care
  • Review and update care plans to ensure resident needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Manage team time and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve care goals

About You

You'll have a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to study for it. You'll be an experienced leader, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to motivate your team. You'll be a positive role model, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
