About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Transformation Project Manager at NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and communities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead Workforce Transformation

Provide strategic leadership and direction to deliver workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including universities, employers, and professional groups, to ensure informed workforce improvements.

Project Management

Apply project and programme management methodologies to deliver projects and programmes, using recommended tools and templates.

Resource Analysis

Lead responsibility for analyzing resources for workforce development, ensuring proposals for change account for available resources.

Data Analysis

Analyze disparate sources of information to understand complex situations and recommend actions to senior leaders.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare strategic reports, briefings, business cases, and project documentation, adopting project and programme management methodologies.

Leadership and Management

Provide management and leadership to staff, ensuring performance management and adherence to organizational policies.

Compliance and Governance

Ensure compliance with mandatory and statutory training, safeguarding policies, and data security and protection principles.

General Responsibilities
