About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step. As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Have experience championing excellent service through quality food: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time: Showcase your creativity and flair in the kitchen.
  • Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor: Lead by example, driving excellence in every aspect of kitchen operations.
  • Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Working alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials: Contribute to menu development and implementation, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Demonstrate great planning and organizational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour: Manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams: Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales and revenue growth.
