What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who embodies leadership qualities, a passion for quality food, and a flair for creating a welcoming environment. As our ideal candidate, you'll:
- Champion Excellent Service: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences through quality food.
- Lead and Develop a Team: Showcase your ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on effective communication and collaboration.
- Be an Active Hands-on Chef: Demonstrate your passion for hands-on cooking and your ability to manage kitchen staff, rota, training, and health and safety.
- Drive Sales and Growth: Proactively engage with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to drive sales and deliver growth.
