Role Overview
The Strategic Change Manager will be an integral part of the Registry Operations leadership team, spearheading transformative initiatives across the services. This position is accountable for the effective implementation of enhanced processes, systems, results, and capabilities, collaborating closely with Registry teams, curriculum personnel, and various service departments.
Your contributions will be pivotal in identifying, designing, planning, and executing College projects. You will formulate and implement project plans, define project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes, while managing risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
In this role, you will take the lead in identifying critical processes, mapping them out, and redesigning them to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background (A-level or equivalent) along with a project management qualification or relevant experience.
Experience in managing intricate projects and driving process enhancements is essential.
A strong commitment to fostering excellent working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels is crucial.
