Procurement Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to join our team in Bathgate. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to procurement processes, including data entry and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement documents, including contracts and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Admin experience with Microsoft 365 software applications.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems and JDE 9.2 (desired but not required).

About the Role:

This is a 12-month contract opportunity, working 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, with flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, developing your skills and expertise in procurement administration.
