About the Role

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary is seeking a highly skilled Business and People System Support (BPSS) Change Lead to join our team. As a key member of the BPSS system support and development team, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of the BPSS systems used by the CNC and its end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the BPSS System Development Manager in the continuous improvement of the BPSS systems.
  • Work closely with the wider organisation to manage the change process from identification through to planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers, partners, vendors, and customers in support of business strategies and goals.
  • Contribute to the management of system policies and procedures by way of review, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with security practices, guidelines, and standards.
  • Maintain the BPSS Risk Register and CNC Risk Register.

Requirements

  • IT/professional services qualification or a willingness to attain the ITIL.Change Management Qualification.
  • Experience of supporting a technical system with proven problem management and decision-making ability.
  • Proficient in the implementation and use of change control processes.
  • Flexibility in working practices, including some travel throughout the CNC establishments and supplier venues.
