Position Overview
The role involves adhering to the cleaning specifications and schedules while executing cleaning tasks as needed, with a focus on consistently enhancing and elevating quality standards.
It is essential to take a proactive approach towards the health and safety of yourself, your colleagues, and any individuals who may be impacted by your work activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performing general cleaning tasks
- Maintaining washroom cleanliness
- Cleaning floors utilizing mops, vacuum cleaners, and floor cleaning machines
- Executing cleaning assignments as directed by the contract specifications and Supervisor within agreed timelines
- Dusting and organizing your designated areas
- Demonstrating punctuality and attending work as scheduled
- Safely handling and storing cleaning chemicals and products
- Aiming for the highest quality of work while fostering a positive team environment
- Continuously striving to enhance quality standards.
- Meeting the expectations of managers, clients, and the company.
- Responding to reasonable requests from the company or client.
- Ensuring proper maintenance and storage of products, equipment, and materials
- Utilizing initiative to address issues when appropriate.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct in line with company expectations, including appropriate clothing and PPE.
- Reporting any unresolved cleaning concerns.
