Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive facilities management audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze audit results to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Lead the Quality and Compliance forum to ensure that our facilities management services meet the highest standards.
- Identify and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our facilities management services.
- Focus on adding value through quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Establish risk management and mitigation plans to ensure that our facilities management services are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and communicate FM contract deliverables to ensure that our facilities management services meet the highest standards.
- Support the introduction of a comprehensive maintenance aspect to our facilities management services.
- Provide monthly performance reporting and analysis to our clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement an asset lifecycle plan to ensure that our facilities management services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and ensure statutory compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Support the implementation of an Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) to ensure that our facilities management services are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Identify, verify, and tag assets to ensure that our facilities management services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience of working in a Technical FM Manager role.
- Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) are essential.
- Experience in compliance management in regulated environments is preferred.
- M&E knowledge and ideally associated qualifications are preferred.
- BESA/WIFM/Technical Industry equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Quality (ISO) and Audit experience are preferred.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment is preferred.
- Senior client and supply chain management experience is preferred.

Our facilities are located in Abingdon, and we are looking for a Technical Compliance Manager who can work on-site.
Salary:
The salary for this role is £52,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
