About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our Sales, Design, and Projects team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of compelling and successful tenders/bids for projects and other business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support the Sales, Design, and Projects team in the preparation and raising of formal quotations.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders from project inception to completion.
- Work with the Warehouse Coordinator to prepare product samples for clients and the Sales Team.
- Identify and source LPA products and sourced products from existing and new partners/suppliers that meet project specifications.
- Obtain price, delivery, and technical data from external partners/suppliers.
- Creation of Equivalence data and Pricing Templates.
- Creation/coordination of LPA product data sheets and technical information for tender submissions.
- Collation of technical and sustainability data to support WELL, LEED, and BREEAM compliance.
- Supplier/vendor management and technical file coordination.
- Creation of product codes and structures in NetSuite for successful tenders.
- Pre-programming Casambi controls and creation of wiring diagrams for installation.
We are looking for a collaborative and proactive team player with a technical mindset, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and create clear action plans to deliver results. You should have excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and good numerical skills. A level/diploma in engineering, design, or a similar qualification is essential. Knowledge of lighting technology and 2D/3D modelling software experience is desirable.
