About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales, Design, and Projects team in creating compelling and successful tenders and bids for projects and other business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination & Support
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders from project inception to completion.
    • Communicate project changes to the internal delivery team.
    • Work with the Warehouse Coordinator to prepare product samples for clients and the Sales Team.
    • Support the Projects Team in preparing and raising formal quotations.

Technical

  • Coordinate retail client store rollout tenders and assist in evaluating project tender documentation received from clients.
  • Identify LPA products and sourced products from existing and new partners/suppliers that meet the specification contained in the tender.
  • Obtain price, delivery, and technical data from external partners/suppliers pertaining to the products to be offered.
  • Creation of equivalence data and pricing templates.
  • Creation/coordination of LPA product data sheets and technical information to form a professional Technical Submission document to underpin the formal quotations to clients.
  • Collation of technical and sustainability data to supplement LPA design submissions to assist clients with WELL, LEED, and BREEAM compliance and aspirations.
  • Supplier/vendor management, assisting with technical files.
  • For successful tenders, create product codes and structures in NetSuite.
  • Pre-programming Casambi controls and creation of wiring diagrams for installation.

Aftersales

  • Site visits to address quality issues.
  • Supporting the QA assessment of products returned from site to identify root cause, interfacing with suppliers as necessary.
