Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Fully remote with occasional training days in Glasgow

Contract Details:

  • Permanent, Full Time (9.00-17.30, Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: £22,300 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes and orders
  • Identify and follow up on sales leads
  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding order tracking, parts, and returns
  • Email customers and suppliers to follow up on enquiries

Essential Skills:

  • Sales or customer service experience (preferably in an office or contact centre setting)
  • High level of administration /communication skills - mostly by email
  • Excellent Outlook skills
  • Ability to thrive in a busy customer-focused environment

Desirable Skills:

  • CRM or order management system experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
