- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest phlebotomy techniques, safety protocols, and laboratory procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Phlebotomy Technician certificate preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of proven experience as a phlebotomist, with a strong understanding of standard blood drawing practices and procedures.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Valid State-issued driver's license and adequate automobile insurance required.
