Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor for Labor Law to join our team at Oxford Instruments plc. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on labor law matters and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on labor law matters to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement labor law policies and procedures
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve labor-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in labor law and employment law
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
