About the Role:

LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of an established education provider based in the UK. They are seeking a General Counsel to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on all legal matters that arise, including commercial contracts and agreements, employment law, charity law, governance, and student-facing matters.
  • Lead the legal services team, encouraging high performance and fostering a positive work environment.
