About the Role:

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Planner to join our Planning team. As a Graduate Planner, you will assist on town planning projects of varying type, size, and complexity, working closely with the Director of the Planning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and background planning policy research to inform project work.
  • Deliver specific project work and reports, including briefing notes, to support the Planning team.
  • Provide town planning support to projects as required, working collaboratively with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in town planning or a related RTPI-accredited discipline.
  • An evident commercial approach to town planning, with the ability to research and write high-quality reports.
  • Good personal communication skills, with the ability to work as part of an established team.
  • Work experience in town planning would be desirable, but not essential.
  • IT literate, with a full driving license.
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
