About the Company:

Our client is an independent town planning consultancy based in the North, established in 2005. The firm provides a range of planning services, focusing on delivering innovative solutions for complex developmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in site appraisals, developmental control, environmental impact assessments, and appeals
  • Contribute to the development landscape with notable projects across the North
  • Work on exciting and varied projects, including residential and commercial development
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced planners to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • One year of relevant planning experience
  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field, preferably RTPI accredited
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system and London-specific planning policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
